Flower of pink salt to the beet and berry pink
Ingredients (for a small pot)
- 100 g of fleur de sel
- 30 g pink peppercorns
- 1 beet pink raw or 1 bag of cooked beets
Skip the beet to the juicer to collect the juice. If you do not have a juicer, collect the juice found inside a package of cooked beets.
Mix the sea salt and the beet juice until you get the desired color.
Preheat the oven to 100°. Have the salt on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes to let it dry the salt.
Stir well, let cool and mix with the pink berries.
Store in an airtight jar.
