The recipe for yoghurt cake, everyone knows and has already done at least once. It is therefore on this recipe that I prepared this cake with the simple addition of the apples, the almond powder and replacing the yogurt from cow’s milk to a yoghurt from sheep’s milk. This cake is for Céline’s blog, Artichoke and black Cherry, a super girl, I have had the chance to meet today.
A slice of cake with a cup of tea, anyone ?!
Fluffy cake with apples, almonds and yogurt from sheep
- 1 yoghurt from sheep’s milk
- 2 apples
- 2 pots of flour
- 1 jar 1/2 sugar rapadura
- 1 jar of almond powder complete
- 1/2 pot of oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. to c. of baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Beat the eggs with the yogurt and the oil.
In a bowl mix together the flour, the sugar, the almond powder, soda and salt.
Peel and cut the apples into small pieces and add to the flour mixture.
Mix the two preparations without too much work the dough.
Bake for 35 minutes.
