This sweet this is the story of a girl who had wanted a dessert. Simple as a story, but this girl has still not really regained his appetite despite the months that pass then it is said that a small portion would be perfect. Good she has eaten only half, but fortunately Mr. came to the rescue !!!

So to summarize : a jar of cream of chestnuts house in the fridge, a fancy a dessert gourmand for this evening with Mr = a fluffy chestnut flour with a heart flowing with chocolate ganache and cream of chestnuts….hmmm !

Get out your spoons !

Fluffy chestnut, heart chocolate-chestnut {gluten-free}

Ingredients (for 6 fluffy)

  • 90 g of chestnut flour
  • 70 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g of icing sugar

For the ganache, choco-chestnut

  • 50 g of good dark chocolate
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tbsp of cream of chestnuts


Make the chocolate ganache and the cream of chestnuts, for this melt together the butter and the chocolate in a bain-marie, then add off the heat the chestnut purée. Pour the ganache into the mini-mussels or a plate of ice-cubes in silicone and then put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Melt the butter then add the sugar and the eggs one by one. Then add the flour and mix.

Pour the preparation until the half in greased muffin cups and then add a frozen cube of ganache. Cover dough.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from pan and enjoy !
