Ah the chocolate cake is good and it is regressive especially when you end up with chocolate all around the mouth !

It is also very quick to make, especially as the device can be made in advance and kept in the fridge. Then when I knew my Mom was coming to eat with me this noon, I wanted to make him happy and I believe that it is successful !

This time a version with a heart of raspberry puree, admittedly, the association of chocolate-raspberry is well-known, but this is simply to fall.

Fluffy chocolate heart raspberry

Ingredients (for 4-6 mellow)

  • 100 g of good dark chocolate
  • 100 g of butter
  • 50 g of icing sugar
  • 50 g of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 70 g raspberries fresh


Preheat the oven to 200°.

Wash the raspberries and mix them. Then pass the puree obtained through a chinois to remove the kernels and set aside.

Melt together the butter and the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie, stir well.

Pour in 3 eggs beaten to the mixture of chocolate-butter.

Add the icing sugar and the flour and mix.

Pour the preparation into small molds buttered and then add to the center by digging slightly, a tablespoon of mashed raspberries.

Bake for 10 min.
