Two days in a row of sweet… yes I know it is not reasonable…and finally, if, in fact ! Yes, because these little fluffy with dates here is impeccable (yes, yes, I said flawless !) ! No sugar (except natural sugar in dates), flour, whole wheat, low fat,… of the good things to do full of energy for the back to school (no no, it is not a slogan pub’ that I am in the process of you do !). Fluffy with dates {vegan}

To 12 soft Save Print Ingredients

  • 350 g of dates (the deglet nour)
  • 200 g of flour semi-complete
  • 20 cl + 15 cl of milk plant
  • 50 g of almond powder
  • 60 ml of vegetable oil neutral
  • 1 sachet of chemical yeast



  • Preheat the oven to 200°.
  • Pit the dates and then blend it with 15 cl of vegetable milk to form a paste. Pour the mixture in a bowl.
  • Add the almond powder,the flour and the yeast, then mix with the oil and the rest of the milk plant.
  • Pour the batter in the muffin cups.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.
