This is a recipe that should not be unveiled… yes, because this fudge chocolate brown is simply irresistible (oops my ankles, don’t listen to Dad Christmas, I was wise and humble throughout the year !). Not too sweet, light and healthy, this fudge is gluten free, dairy free, and without nuts so everyone can enjoy it… and I think it will be perfect on Christmas morning with a cup of tea/hot chocolate for the opening of the gifts. So yes you read the title , it is written olive oil, but that is what it takes to put the olive oil with chocolate is that ?! Well, it’s just that since I discovered the association of chocolate-olive oil, I make my fondant chocolate without butter, and even if it’s intrigue you, disgusts, dégoute… I can assure you that it is really very good. Then bah so I think it remains for you to test to have the heart net !

Fondant chocolate brown with olive oil {gluten free – without milk}

For a square pan to Save Print Ingredients

  • 100 g of cane sugar
  • 13 cl of olive oil fresh
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 12 cl of water
  • 1 pinch of baking
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of chestnut flour

 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 170°.
  • Mix cocoa with water to form a smooth blend.
  • Beat the eggs with the sugar and the olive oil for 2 minutes. Add the cocoa, beat for another 1 minute and then add the chestnut flour, salt and baking soda with a spatula.
  • Pour the preparation into a mould, anti-stick or covered with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
  • Leave to cool for 10-15 minutes and then remove from pan.
