A few weeks ago I posted on IG this picture of vegetable fried rice… it is now time for you to reveal the recipe. For me, the woks, whoever they are, it’s a bit like the curries and dal, this is the kind of “comfort food” that I could eat every day (little dedication to Cléa, who is also a great fan of curries !!!) ! A bowl, chopsticks and hop it is party for a small dish a balanced, healthy, and easy-to-do to the least knead of us !!! Finally, it should be just cook the rice (yes, because rice believed that bite !) and cut the vegetables into julienne (super simple if you have a mandoline or a robot with this feature !) and put everything together in a wok (cooking a little anyway). To tell you, the last one has done it is Mr. who has cooked, because I came home late, and he is great out… so convinced ?!

Do the evenings of laziness or for a quick lunch and balanced !
