In the series it goes green this week, I propose you a dish with a nice cabbage that I love, the roman cabbage. I love the graphical side of the roman cabbage but also its taste that I wanted to ally with the blue for the side macaroni and cheese (yes, cheese and me !!!) and walnuts (Grenoble of course) for the crunch.

Perfect for a light meal and delicious !

Gratin of cabbage romanesco blue, walnuts, and cream vegetable

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 1/2 cabbage romanesco
  • 100 g of blue
  • 50 g of walnuts
  • 20 cl of cream vegetable


Preheat the oven to 200°.

Cut the tops of cabbage romanesco and cook 12 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and pass under cold running water. Then, in a baking dish.

Add the blue pieces, the nuts and the cream plant.

Bake for 20 min.
