Humm the spätzles… But if you know these small pasta alsatian, they have already made their appearance on the blog right here ! So here is a version rather mountain that I suggest you because it must be heated !!! The raclette au gratin, bacon bits and mushrooms, and it’s good with the weather today, don’t you think !

Gratin of spätzles with bacon, mushrooms and raclette

Ingredients (for 2-3)

  • 250 g of spätzles costs
  • 100 g of raclette into slices
  • 50 g of smoked bacon or savory
  • 3 mushrooms fresh
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper


Preheat the oven to 200°.

Wash and cut the mushrooms into strips.

In a skillet, cook the bacon with mushrooms for 5 min, the time that fungi make their water. Season to taste and add a little garlic powder. Add the spätzles and stir off the fire.

Divide half of the preparation in a gratin dish, add on top of the half of the raclette cheese and then cover with spätzles and finish with the squeegee.

Bake for 10 min, the time that the cheese burns a little.

Enjoy with a good salad of the season.
