Homemade tomato Sauce
Ingredients (for 2 jars)
- 2 kg of ripe tomatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic

- 1 pinch of pepper
- Salt and pepper
To prepare the tomato sauce start by coarsely chop your tomatoes.
Crush the garlic cloves.
Pour a good drizzle of olive oil in a saucepan and put the crushed garlic cloves to melt at a low heat for 8 min.
Then add the tomatoes, the oregano, the pepper and the pepper and simmer for 40 minutes covered and on low heat.
