Today, I wanted to the most simply of the world use the yellow zucchini and green of the garden for us to make a small spread way hummus. The idea is simple and the recipe is nearly identical to the original, just replace the chickpeas with zucchini.

Hummus zucchini

Ingredients (for 4)

  • 200 g of zucchini
  • 2 tbsp of tahina
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 1 small handful of pine nuts
  • 1 c. c. of cumin powder
  • Salt and pepper

Description

Cut the zucchini into julienne strips and sauté quickly in a pan with the olive oil for 3 minutes. Book.

In a mixer, put the zucchini cooled, the garlic cloves, the lemon juice, tahina, cumin and pine nuts and mix until you obtain a smooth consistency.

Season to taste and serve fresh.
