Then, I tell you, it is not a recipe, but an idea that many we already had, but that I like to do especially in the summer, ice cubes with fruit ! It is quite simple to do and it will allow you to put a little color in your ice cubes out of the summer…

Just some fruit and mint leaves to garnish your glasses… What I love in this small tips deco culinary, is that it adds flavour to delicately our glasses, and it is more pleasant to bite into the fruit, still frozen that will end up in the bottom of the glass…

And you, you have already tested ? You can put other fruits, but it is more nice when the fruits are small and that they are seen as a whole, the genus gooseberry, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry… there are some that are even edible flowers type nasturtiums, it is so pretty and feminine I find. Maybe I will test one of these days…

And you then, you are ready to test, you can always add in the cocktail without alcohol that I proposed there a few days, this will still be a little more colorful…


Ice to the fruit

Save Print Ingredients

  • Fruit (here, strawberries and raspberries)
  • A few leaves of mint

 

Instructions

  • Divide the fruit and the mint leaves in the blocks of your ice cube tray.
  • Cover with cold water and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour until the ice cubes have frozen.
  • And here it is !!

 

Notes

  • Do not keep too much ice for a long time, otherwise the fruits may lose their flavours…
