Rhubarb, I love it (where I ramble a bit), yes, but really because the house is also jam rhubarb to enjoy it year-round. This jam rhubarb is simple to really have the taste of rhubarb but you can try other combinations, such as vanilla, cinnamon…it’s up to you what you want ! Here I gives you just the base, free for you to test !!!

Jam rhubarb

Ingredients (for 10 pots)

  • 4 kg of rhubarb
  • 3 kg of sugar cane


Wash and cut the rhubarb into small sections.

Mix the rhubarb with the sugar in a large bowl and let macerate for at least half a day to see a day is even better.

Put to cook in a large saucepan over medium heat 20-25 min, until the jam sticks to the spoon as it cools.

Pour into jars up to the top, close and sterilize.

Enjoy simply on good bread or, as here, in yogurt at home, yum !!!
