Pretty ripe found in the forest, a desire to revisit a classic and this is a key lime pie or a key lime pie with good ripe fresh.
After a long BIKE ride in with my Dad and Sir, we are fallen, on the back, a grove of mature, my hard effort was rewarded (even if I do not output only mountain BIKE for the collection !!!).
The blend of flavors of the two fruits is perfect and the pie was devoured in less than two !!! It was well worth the fact that you can hurt your hands with the thorns to pick up these little treasures, yummy !
Key lime pie with blackberries
- 40 cl of milk-sweetened condensed skimmed
- 3 egg yolks
- The juice of 4 limes
- The zest of a lime
- 250 g blackberries
- 12 shortbread biscuits bretons
- 100 g of butter
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Reduce the sand to a powder and mix it with the butter previously melted. Pour this mixture into a tart shell and bake for 10 minutes.
During this time, prepare the lemon cream, for this mix together the sweetened condensed milk with the egg yolks and then add the zest and the lemon juice.
Once the tart is cooked, leave to rest for 5 minutes and then pour gently the cream on top.
Turn down the oven to 170° and bake 15 minutes.
Let cool completely and then add the blackberries over the top, and zestez a bit of lime.
