The idea for this recipe came to me by a challenge set by my physio : associate pumpkins with spinach in lasagna. Because yes, during the rendez-vous physio we chat, and we discuss especially the kitchen !
But as I did not want a simple trick, I worked in layers. A first of the pumpkins roast, curry and a second with spinach and fresh goat cheese, pure happiness these lasagna !
Lasagna in the pumpkins, spinach, goat, curry, and cream vegetable
Ingredients (for 4)
- 12 sheets of lasagne, either fresh or without pre-cooking
- 400 g of marrows
- 500 g of fresh spinach
- 1 fresh goat cheese (about 150g)
- 25 cl of cream vegetable (oatmeal for me)

Cut the pumpkins into slices, no need to peel it. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet, sprinkle with curry powder and drizzle of olive oil. Bake for 20 min.
During this time, wash the spinach and make a fallen with a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan with the spinach and the garlic clove whole. Sauté everything for 5 minutes, remove the garlic clove, season to taste and set aside.
Pour a drizzle of olive oil in the bottom of a rectangular dish going to the oven. Add 3 sheets of lasagne, pour a little cream plant, then cover with half the spinach and crumble the half of the fomage goat from above.
Continue by covering with sheets of lasagne, cream and pumpkins. Continue with a layer of spinach and goat cheese, and finishing with a layer of leaves for lasagna and cream of vegetable.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Good lasagna !
