Lasagna, yes, but a vegetarian version lightweight, creamy and seasonal.
Of the spaghetti squash, goat cheese and mozzarella, a mix of healthy and tasty that will amaze you !

Lasagna spaghetti squash, goat cheese and mozzarella

Ingredients (for 4)

  • 500 g of the flesh of cooked spaghetti squash
  • 300 g bread mozzarella cheese
  • 200 g fresh goat cheese
  • 15 cl of milk
  • 9 sheets of lasagna without pre-cooking
  • 2 c to s of fresh cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


For the cooking of the spaghetti squash, see there !

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Mix the goat cheese with the cream, the milk and the egg yolk, then season.

Cut the mozzarella in slices.

In a baking dish, put a drizzle of olive oil. Add the cream, goat cheese and 3 sheets of lasagna.
Alternate then two times, the flesh of the squash, cream of goat and mozzarella and then finish off with the cream of goat and mozzarella.

Put in the oven for 30 min time to bake.

Good lasagna !
