When I tell you lassi you think… faithful dog, then yes, but not quite. Today we’ll talk about beverage that dog, and although the topic of dogs is very interesting we are still here on a cooking blog ! Lassi it is a refreshing indian yogurt base and fruit… well there is not the yogurt but it has the fruit (phew, saved !). Yes, because I’ve decided to do a little lassi mango and coconut milk with a bonus of a hint of cardamom inside (don’t panic if you don’t have one, you can very well go without it !).
A perfect drink for the p’tit déj’ or so when you feel like it !!!
Lassi mango and coconut milk
For 1 glass Save Print Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 20 cl of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
- 1 pinch of cardamom powder
- Peel the mango then cut it into pieces.
- Put it in a blender with the remaining ingredients, and mix until you obtain a smooth consistency.
