Lemon curd lemon beldi


  • 130 g of sugar cane
  • 100 g of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • The juice and zest of 2 small lemons corsica
  • The juice and zest of one lemon beldi


Beat the eggs in omelet in a cul de poule and then add all the other ingredients.
