I have since, always a pot of butter of coconut in my fridge and I the dresses at the whim of my desires, and there the desire, it was madeleines. I know, I know, I’m in my period madeleines because it wasn’t so long ago that I shared with you the recipe of the madeleines in the heart of chestnut purée. At the same time it is good and I am a weak girl…what do you want ?!

This is currently my madeleines favourite, fluffy to perfection and the good taste of coconut…hmmm !

Madeleines butter coconut

Ingredients (for a fortnight)

  • 60 g butter, coconut
  • 55 g of flour
  • 60 g of cane sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. c. of coconut powder


Beat the eggs with the sugar to obtain a mixture that is bubbly, add the butter and coconut to the liquid state, the flour and the coconut, stir intimately. Book the dough cool for 15-20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 210°.

Put the dough into the madeleine molds until three-quarters full.

Bake for 12 minutes.

It is for that good madeleines ?!!!
