On Wednesday, it is always the opportunity to make a snack, or for children or friends, but to yourself also !!! Simple and appealing, the madeleines are unanimous. Then, for a touch more greedy, here is a version with cream of chestnuts, which is just… mmm… ! You can use cream of chestnuts with vanilla all ready, but it is even better with cream of chestnuts house !

Madeleines in the heart of chestnut
Ingredients (for a fortnight)
- 60 g of butter
- 60 g of flour
- 60 g of cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g cream of chestnuts
- 1 c. c. of vanilla powder
Beat the eggs with the sugar to obtain a mixture that is foamy, add the melted butter and the flour and mix intimately. Finally, add the vanilla and book the dough cool for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 210°.
Put the dough into the madeleine molds until half and then add a little cream of chestnuts. Cover with a little dough.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Enjoy with or without moderation !!!
