A yarrow purple anyone ?! Beautiful eggplant graffiti I have tried on the market, they are so cute, I fell in love ! And what better than a recipe with notes from the South for we cheer this season !
The recipe is for four lasagna to taste 4 input but you can slightly increase the doses to serve as a plate, you’ll see, it really is that simple.
Millefeuille of eggplant graffiti, red onion and feta
Ingredients (for 4)
- 2-3 eggplants graffiti (depending on the size)
- 2 red onions
- 200 g of feta cheese
- 1 clove purple garlic
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 1 c. s. of paprikas of Hungary
- 1 tbsp of cumin powder
- 1 tbsp of cumin seeds
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Cut 16 thin slices of eggplant (they must have just about all the same diameter) and keep the leftover cut-outs for another recipe.
Arrange the eggplant slices on a baking sheet, drizzle it with olive oil and let grill for 10 minutes.
During this time, peel the red onions and cut washers small enough.
In a bowl, mash the feta cheese with the spices and then add the crushed garlic clove. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, then season.
On a baking sheet, make your lasagna, starting with a sliced eggplant, then a slice of red onion and finally some mix of feta. Make three layers and finish with a slice of eggplant topped with a mixture of feta.
Bake for 10 min.
Serve hot as an appetizer or so, plus a good salad to make a dish but don’t make a dish anyway (it was easy !!!) !
