I wanted a small cake for the taste, just like that, but also and above all to give pleasure to, Sir, because I know he loves that I prepare snacks home. Incidentally I often put the mouth water by sending him a picture or two of the said taste, for the torture of waiting for his return from work (I’m sadistic I know !) !!! Chocolate of course, but also of the almond powder to the fluffy, flour and whole wheat for the nutrition, even if these mini bundt cakes are not blameless, at least it reduces the expenses !
Mini bundt cakes (almond and chocolate chips)
Ingredients (for 6 mini bundt cakes)
- 125 g of almond powder
- 90 g of cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 80 g butter, softened
- 50 g of wheat flour full
- 50 g of dark chocolate chips or milk
- 1/2 c. to c. of baking soda
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Mix the butter and the sugar then add the eggs.
Then add the almond powder, the flour and the bicarbonate in the mixture previous. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix.
Pour batter into pans buttered and well floured.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from pan and enjoy once cooled.
