Following the challenge launched by Yes Miss, I threw myself into the realization of a crumble which was to contain obligatorily the mango and the coconut. Good good it is necessary to say that the challenge was launched, there is a small time already, so mea-culpa, I hope it was worth it !!!

So here is a version like no other of the crumble of mango, since it is salty ! Yes yes yes, mango way curry, covered with a crumble of coconut. This is amazing, it is good, it remains for you to try !

Mini-casserole dishes of apple crumble and mango to the indian

Ingredients (for 4)

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 finger of fresh ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp of grated coconut
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • Salt and pepper

For the crumble

  • 60 g of flour
  • 40 g of butter
  • 15 g shredded coconut
  • Salt and pepper

Description

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Peel and slice the mango into thin wedges then place in a bowl. Then add spices and coconut and season.

Mix together the ginger, peeled, the peeled garlic clove and the oil, to obtain a paste. Add the mango and stir.

Then add the spices and the coconut and then spoon over the dressing. Divide the mixture among the mini-casserole dishes and set aside.

For the crumble, mix all the ingredients together and sand the tip of your fingers to obtain a mixture that is crumbly. Spread on mini casseroles.

Bake for 20 min.

Enjoy hot.
