Ah the classics… I know not all of you, but at home, it is still always good practice to have a favourite recipe you can make without taking the head and be sure that it is good !!! And the gratin dauphinois is a part of it… well, yes it is a bit of a regional specialty, but what I love is also shake up the classics, so why not a version with two types of salmon ?!
I had already proposed there très très très très…a century, even a long time a version of potato gratin with salmon but here it is more of a true potato gratin with salmon in it !!! Mr. love, then suddenly it became a best seller in the house, who serves as a version of chic in mini-cocottes (bah yes it is the holiday every day here !) !
Who is it for the good gratin ?!
Mini-casserole of scalloped potatoes with two types of salmon
Ingredients (for 4 mini-casserole dishes)
- 3 large potatoes (type bintje)
- 1 filet of salmon
- 150 g of smoked salmon
- 50 cl of fresh cream liquid
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small handful of dill (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 190°.
Peel potatoes and slice thinly using a mandolin. Go under the water to remove the starch and then dry them.
Remove the skin of the salmon and then cut into thin slices. Cut small pieces of smoked salmon.
Mix the cream with the dill and then season to taste.
Rub the clove of garlic cut in two at the bottom of the mini-casserole and alternate layers of potatoes, cream and salmon, ending with a layer of potatoes and cream.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy !
