A delightful little casserole of potatoes and salmon with a horseradish cream and dill , it is good and easy.

Mini cocottes de gratin potatoes with the salmon

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 filet of salmon
  • 15 cl of fresh cream liquid
  • 1 c to s of horseradish
  • 1 c to s of fresh dill snipped
  • Salt and pepper


Preheat the oven to 200°.

Peel potatoes and slice thinly with a mandolin.

Cut the salmon into slices and alternate layers of potatoes and salmon in the mini casserole dishes ending with the potatoes.

For the cream, mix the crème fraiche, horseradish, dill, salt and pepper and cover the casserole with this mixture.

Bake for 40 min of cooking.
Serve with a mixed green salad seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice.
