As I explained in the recipe of the banana bread, I often find myself with the banana too ripe on the arm then do not throw them, I the kitchen ! Then after a thousand and one recipes for banana (no…I’m not exaggerating !!!), here are some muffins bi-color all cute.These muffins chocolate banana are not only bi but also bi-textured because, yes, the side banana is soft and the chocolate side is more like a brownie.I really loved these muffins and they were still good a few days after !
Perfect for a tea party regressive good with a glass of milk or a dessert gourmet !
Muffins chocolate banana vergeoise brune
Ingredients (for 12 muffins)
- 180 g of flour
- 120 g de vergeoise brune
- 80 g butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 ripe bananas
- 90 g of good dark chocolate
- 1 c. c. of yeast
- 1/2 c. to c. of baking soda
- 1/2 c. to c. of salt
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Beat the butter and the “vergeoise” sugar together and then add the eggs.
Then add the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate and salt and mix without working the dough too.
Separate the preparation into two and then add in the chocolate previously melted, and in the other the bananas mashed.
Spread one tablespoon of each batter in the muffin cups to a muffin two-tone !
Bake for 15 minutes.
