Good muffins fluffy pear anyone ? So here’s a recipe to soften the inside and crisp on the outside thanks to the streusel, not bad right?! I love to put a layer of crisp on my muffins like muffins cherry amerena and ginger, I really find that it brings them a little more !

Muffins streusel pear
Ingredients (for 12)
- 500 g pears, peeled and cut into pieces approximately 750 g of whole pears
- 250 g of flour (semi-complete for me)
- 80 g of cane sugar
- 80 g of oat flakes
- 2 large eggs
- 15 cl of milk ribot
- 12,5 cl of sunflower oil
- 1 sachet of chemical yeast
- 1 c to c of baking soda
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
For the streusel
- 40 g of soft butter
- 20 g of flour
- 40 g of brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 200°.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, oats, baking powder, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon. Then add the pieces of pear and mix well.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk ribot and oil, mix well.
Add gradually the liquid preparation in the preparation dry without too much stir.
Divide the batter in muffin moulds.
To make the streusel, sand the tip of the fingers all of the ingredients together. Divide the streusel over the dough.
Bake for 20-25 min.
