It was not a lot of time that I didn’t make muffins (I think almost 1 year with this recipe !!!), then I said to myself that he had to fix it ! These little muffins are one of my recipes darling, muffins, apples with a little more non-trivial on top of the streusel. Apple, cinnamon, streusel, ok all this is well known but in case you didn’t know, I give you the recipe (and then you’ll always find a good excuse to do that !). And as I know you pay attention to your line between two raclettes, this recipe for muffins with apples is slightly sweet and contains only whole foods, yes I also think your transit (minute glamour !) !

Muffins with apples and streusel {without milk}

For 12 muffins Save Print Ingredients

  • 750 g apples
  • 250 g of flour T80
  • 80 g of oat flakes
  • 80 g of sugar full
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 cl of milk plant
  • 12,5 cl of vegetable oil neutral
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • FOR THE STREUSEL
  • 40 g margarine
  • 40 g of brown sugar
  • 20 g of flour

 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°.
  • Peel and cut the apples into small pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour, the oats, the sugar, the yeast, the cinnamon and the apples and mix.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs then add the plant milk and the oil.
  • Add gradually the liquid preparation in the preparation dry without too much stir and pour the batter into the muffin cups anti-adhesives.
  • To make the streusel, sand the tip of the fingers all of the ingredients together. Divide the streusel on the muffins.
  • Bake 20-25 min.
