I think that you know all the nice big muffins with blueberries from in Starb***, of course they are good, but question composition they must not be hyper-blameless (don’t feel guilty about it when not even the next time you eat one !). I suggest that you make your own muffins with blueberries and level ingredients that the good things : flour, semi-full, sugar-full, the milk plant, and especially good blueberries fresh (yes because it is when even that is important). You will see, I added an apple and raw grated at the inside of the recipe, I love this tip that allows the muffins to be even more fluffy, I almost would want to sleep in it !

There are a lot of bilberries (blueberries) at this time then take the opportunity to prepare these muffins, because once the heat arrived, I think you’ll really want to turn on your oven !

Muffins with blueberries {without milk}

For 12 muffins Save Print Ingredients

  • 360 g flour T 80
  • 120 g of sugar cane (here complete)
  • 100 g of margarine plant
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 cl of milk plant (here rice)
  • 200 g blueberries, fresh
  • 1 grated apple
  • 1/2 packet of yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder

 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°.
  • Peel and grate the apple.
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour, the grated apple, yeast, sugar, bicarbonate of soda and vanilla and mix.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs then add the plant milk and the melted margarine.
  • Add gradually the liquid preparation in the preparation dry without too much stir and add the blueberries.
  • Divide the batter into the muffin cups anti-adhesives.
  • Bake 20-25 min.
