Person ne me contredira, Wednesday it is the day of the children… and who says children’s day, said necessarily taste prepared by many hands ! And for the taste of the day, I offer you muffins with chocolate chips, a classic in the universe of the muffin but a timeless classic. This classic I’ve been wanting to revisit it in a version more “healthy” (wow I use the word fashionable on the blogger at the moment !), with the whole wheat flour and coconut oil (without butter) so that they are also more digestible. And the result is really good, a muffin that makes you want to return even if I must confess that one alone is enough to be fed (finally everything depends on the level of satiation to reach !!!).

Anyway, these little muffins with chocolate chips will be devoured in less than two by you or your little darlings (or brown, red…) !

Muffins with chocolate chips {without milk}

For 6 muffins Save Print Ingredients

  • 190 g whole meal flour
  • 100 g chocolate chips
  • 80 g of cane sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 9 cl of milk plant
  • 5 cl of coconut oil
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt

 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°.
  • In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients that are flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla and salt.
  • In another container, beat the eggs then add the oil and the milk plant. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and mix without working the dough too.
  • Add the chocolate chips and mix.
  • Pour the batter in a muffin pan anti-adhesive.
  • Bake for 25 min.
