The one pot pasta… but if, I’m sure most of you know this principle of a flat dough where we cook, even in a slow cooker. So what is the one pot pasta, one selects its pasta, its ingredients, darlings, you add water, a little salt, cook everything for 10 minutes and presto it is ready to be tasted. No need to cook the pasta to one side and topping the other ! For my first one pot pasta I chose flavors of the season : peas, the basil and the sun dried tomatoes and a timeless mushroom. I was really pleasantly surprised at the outcome (yes, because I didn’t really know what to expect), the flavors mix and it is perfect. That day, I was all alone at home and in these moments I don’t really have the time to make me something to eat, then a small dish of quick pasta, this is the kind of thing that suits me perfectly.

Some time ago, I had the chance to work with a pretty brand of home textiles, made in France, I named Rabbit Hunter. I had a real blow of heart for this that creates David Casalgrandi : tea towels and aprons to match the reasons the more beautiful the some than the others. It’s fresh, it’s colorful, it’s original and it is an incredible quality, in short everything that I love. So, ladies and gentlemen bloggers/ photographers/ stylists, ladies of the household… if you are not yet familiar Rabbit Hunter, run quickly see their online shop, this is a real nugget !
