I do not hide the pie salt is part of our best seller in the house (besides the part pie of the blog is already full !), each week his quiche different, because this one is easy to make, and two, we love it all ! The onion tart is part of its pies that I love but that I don’t cook often because as its name suggests, it is the onion, and this little beast that is the onion and it is a little hard to work when it has not one ! Yes, because in this pie, there is even a kilo of onions and I can tell you that I have a lot to cry at the cut… and then no tip does not find grace in my eyes (this is the case to say !) so if you have the miracle cure… in Short, the game is worth the candle because this pie is really to die for, the onion is candied to perfection and accompanied by a paste of the thyme to the onions (this is an expression of course !!!).

So who is going to fill up the basket of onions to the next market ?
