It was a small moment that I wanted to see the ornithogale but I never had the chance to find it. I don’t know if you know this little thing but it is also called asparagus of the woods because she has the taste (even if it is an abuse of language because it is not strictly speaking an asparagus). Then, when I found I enjoyed myself and I took a bunch of 500 g, and I can tell you that I did well because mini-mademoiselle to devoured it like wee buns ! It is not really a recipe that I propose to you today but just an assembly of ingredients with something that I adore: the burrata. Of ornithogales just cooked with a burrata creamy served with a good olive oil, fleur de sel and pepper, this is the pinnacle of happiness for me this past few days !
If you do not find ornithogales, nothing prevents you to eat a good burrata with good bread just !
