Pancakes, vegetable rice, lentils and pumpkins
Ingredients (makes 6-8 patties)
- 300 g of marrows
- 100 g of brown rice
- 100 g of sprouts, lentil sprouts
- 80 g lentils mixed
- 1 pinch of curry
- Salt and pepper
- 1 c. c. of oil of nuts
- Olive oil
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Cut the pumpkins into chunks, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 min. Book.
Cook the rice as directed on the package and cook the lentils by adding 2-3 minutes of cooking with the indication. Drain and set aside.
Put the pumpkins, rice, lentils, walnut oil, curry powder and sprouts lentil sprouts in a bowl, mix and then season. Moisten your fingers and shape into patties.
Refrigerate 30 minutes so they are firm.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and enter 5 minutes per side.
Serve with a good salad.
