This recipe of pancake became our favorite of the moment with Sir, this is the best seller of our breakfasts at the weekend and it is the same Gentleman who the kitchen for my greatest pleasure !!! And it’s all thanks to my friend blogger Celine Artichoke and Black Cherry, which I was inspired by the excellent recipe for pancakes with oats !
Nothing more simple, and to make the more greedy we have added blueberries, but any fruit of your choice will do the trick, besides I had already tested two other recipes of pancakes au lait ribot with bananas and strawberries.
Enjoy breakfast, brunch, snack…finally, when you want to what !
Pancakes complete with blueberries
Ingredients (for a dozen small)
- 100 g of flour whole wheat
- 50 g of oat bran
- 50 g of oat flakes
- 25 cl of milk
- 2 tbsp of cane sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 packet of yeast
- 150 g of blueberries
Mix the sugar and the egg together, then add the oil.
Then pour the flour, bran, rolled oats and yeast in the preceding mixture and then dilute with the milk.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Heat a little oil in a pan and then pour a little of the batter to form your pancakes. add the blueberries over the top, and let cook for 4 minutes to fire neither too strong, nor too weak so that the bottom does not burn and that small bubbles form on the top. Flip the pancakes and cook 30 seconds on the other side.
Remove from the pan and enjoy hot !
