The pancakes at home, it is a bit of a tradition of breakfast’ of the weekend… okay it also varies with pancakes, waffles, or bread even !!! And in regards to the recipe, I am not unfaithful to the recipe for pancakes that I love because I find it just perfect and mellow to perfection.
This time, it’s just a nice punnet of strawberries that made me of the eye in the market, and as I’m a weak girl, I’m left with (yes, I know I will lose !) !!! Usually I’m a bit psycho-rigid, I prefer strawberries raw (not remade), as I explained in the article of strawberry pie, but I must say that the strawberry just-cooked inside large pancakes very fluffy I have conquered (I’ve already said that I was low…) !
In short, it is absolutely necessary that you test this recipe for pancakes with strawberries, because you’re going to stay on the c… ass!!!
Pancakes with strawberries
Ingredients (makes 7 large pancakes)
- 200 g of strawberries
- 200 g flour whole wheat
- 230 g of milk ribot (fermented milk)
- 70 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 10 g of cane sugar
- 2 c. c. yeast chemical
- 1 c. c. of baking soda
- Vegetable oil
Mix together all the dry ingredients that are flour, sugar, yeast and baking.
Melt the butter.
Beat the eggs with the milk ribot and then add the melted butter. Mix the two preparations using the spatula without overworking the dough.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan, and then form the pancakes. Add immediately cut strawberries into two or four and then let it cook at medium heat for about 3 minutes, until small bubbles appear on the top. Flip your pancakes and cook on the other side for about 30 seconds.
Enjoy hot with melted butter or maple syrup.
