Nothing more simple as a homemade dessert a panna cotta ! But this time it’s a panna cotta of white chocolate that I propose to you today, and I would have never made this recipe if I hadn’t bought the white chocolate for another recipe, another recipe which by the way has missed !!! So I find myself with the white chocolate in my cupboards and I say to myself that it would be a shame not to use it in the kitchen (because yes, I would have been able to eat like that !). And then while you’re at it, give back its letters of nobility to the white chocolate because of course it is not the chocolate itself but it deserves when even when we reconsider in the kitchen (long live white chocolate !) !
Good and then to really make it very simple there are only three ingredients in this recipe, and there is no sugar because the white chocolate in fact office, it is not top that ?! Then I won’t leave you the choice of very but then very quickly test this recipe, because this little dessert is just at the top !!!
And then if you don’t like white chocolate, but you love the panna cotta, don’t panic, there are also on the blog a panna cotta vanilla.
Panna cotta with white chocolate
Ingredients (for 4 ramekins)
- 50 cl of whipping cream
- 80 g white chocolate

- Jam of your choice
For the panna cotta, put the cream gently to heat in a saucepan with the white chocolate into pieces.
Put the gelatine to soften in cold water. Drain and then add the cream.
Pour the mixture into ramekins and set aside 2 hours to cool.
Enjoy with jam of your choice on the top (for me raspberries !).
