Today I suggest you not really a recipe per se, but rather a inspiration… Yes, because I’m a fan of roasted vegetables of all kinds, and I had tried to do the association parsnips and radish red meat. Yes, because the red meat, small radish green on the outside and pink on the inside (oh that is nice !!!), this wine is usually pretty raw ! So this time we upset these habits (youhou the lachage !) and it is cooked !

It is simple, it is good then what more to say ?!!!

Parsnip and radish red meat roasts

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 6-8 parsnips
  • 2 radish red meat
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
  • Salt and pepper


Preheat the oven to 190°.

Wash and cut the parsnips into two or four in length according to their size. Cut the radishes into thin slices and arrange in a baking dish. Season with olive oil, Espelette pepper, salt and pepper and bake for 30 minutes.

Enjoy as is or with couscous for example.
