Pasta with bolognese

For 4 Save Print Ingredients

  • 500 g of pasta
  • 400 g of ground beef
  • 100 g of smoked bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 l of tomato coulis
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of red wine
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 pinches of rosemary
  • grated parmesan cheese



  • Chop the garlic, the onion and the shallot, then cut the carrot into small cubes and sauté with oil in a saucepan. After 5 minutes increase the flame and add the bacon, then the beef. Brown and stir to crumble the meat.
  • Add the tomato, the tomatoes previously cut into cubes, red wine, sugar, rosemary and 1 litre of water. Bring to a boil.
  • Simmer, covered for 1 hour over low heat.
  • Cook the pasta in 5 litres of salted water.
  • Serve the pasta with the sauce. You can accompany the parmesan cheese and enjoy.
