After the patties végetales rice, lentils and pumpkins, I you promised you another recipe for these little delights and it is a done thing today, with this version more than greedy. I added the kamut that I love (mmm its good taste and nutty), green lentils from le Puy (my favorite), and added nuts, goat cheese and honey-cakes to die for.

And then a few pretty birds are invited to the photo session, they are not cute??!!!

While there, you will not purchase ever again your patties vegetable at the organic grocer ! Swore, spat (finally through in the cakes, right?) !!!

Patties vegetable kamut and lentils, goat cheese, honey and nuts

Ingredients (for 4)

  • 60 g of kamut
  • 50 g of green lentils from le Puy AOC
  • 50 g of goat cheese log
  • 20 g of nuts
  • 20 g of honey of mountain
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil


Cook the kamut and lentils as indicated on the packaging. Drain and place in a blender.

Add the rest of the ingredients in the mixer and mix for 2 minutes to form a dough. Season.

Form dough balls and flatten into patties.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and put the patties to cook over medium heat to crisp 3 minutes per side.

Enjoy hot with a salad of sprouted seeds.
