The savory pies it is kind of my secret weapon for enjoying a quick and tasty meal. Served with a good salad, they are the key to a balanced meal without too much preparation. Bah yes, because we will still not spent all our life in the kitchen (even though we love it ! ) !!!

In addition there are the good things and version vegan, well, yes, it is good for us so enjoy !

Pie complete with endive and onions {vegan}


  • 3 endive
  • 3 onions
  • 1 tbsp of cumin seeds
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

For the dough complete

  • 150 g whole meal flour of wheat
  • 50 g of oat flakes
  • 5 tbsp of water
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt


Prepare the batter, for that mix all the dry ingredients and then add the olive oil. Sand dough with fingertips, then add the water gradually. Work the dough to form a homogeneous mixture. Let stand 1 hour.

Wash and cut the endive into strips and then snip the onions finely.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and add the endive, onions and cumin seeds. Leave to sweat over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently;

Preheat the oven sole up to 200°.

Roll out the dough on 4 mm thick and then add the mixture endive, onion on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Good pie (hot or cold )!
