I realize (almost) all the time my pasta pie myself and I love to vary… I have already proposed several versions both savory and sweet, such as those without gluten to the flour of corn, flour of chick peas and buckwheat, as the complete oatmeal or versions sweet here, here or here !

Therefore, there are things to do, you might say, and you’re right, but I’ve never made articles strictly speaking on the issue. So here’s a basic tart dough vegan, to use as you see fit, and adapt with your meal darlings (she is not beautiful the life ?!) !

Pie dough full {vegan}

Ingredients (for 1 pie)

  • 150 g whole meal flour of rye
  • 50 g whole meal flour of wheat
  • 8 cl of water
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 g of salt
  • 2 tbsp of cane sugar (if tart dough sweet)

To make the dough, mix together the dry ingredients and then add the oil.

Sand dough with fingertips, then add the water gradually. Work the dough to form a homogeneous mixture.

Form a ball and let rest 1 hour in a cool place. Take out 15 minutes before the spread.
