The savory pies are a best seller at home and it was a long time that I hadn’t made pie rustic. Because what is good with these tarts is that it does not need a mold, so if it broke his own or while you are on vacation, and it has not under the hand, we can always have fun with a good pie salt house !

Then, as Mister and I adore spinach (yes, you have already noticed !), and this week there was spinach in our vegetable basket then it gave a tart simple and tasty with just raisins and good walnuts in it… plus it is vegan, so why not ?!

And then this is the opportunity to test the recipe of pie dough full that I had proposed last week !!!

Pie rustic spinach, raisins and walnuts {vegan}

Ingredients (for 1 pie)

  • 500 g of fresh spinach
  • 100 g of walnuts
  • 50 g of raisins
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

For the dough complete

  • The recipe here

Make the pie dough complete as in the recipe and lower it about 3 mm thick.

Preheat the oven to 200° by the sole.

Wash with large amounts of water spinach and blanch them for 4 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain well and snip them roughly.

Mix the spinach with the raisins, crushed walnuts, and a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and put the preparation in the center of the dough. Be sure to leave 4-5 inches on the edges and then fold the edges of dough on the preparation.

Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Enjoy hot with a good salad of the season !
