This is it, this is the last line right before Christmas… So I guess you are all in front of the ovens/the hairdresser/in stores/in your sofa nice and warm… no matter, what counts today is to enjoy a little of this atmosphere of Christmas. And me, I’m still faithful to the post (this my captain !) to provide you with one last recipe, in case you do not always know what to do to eat or you are suddenly invited to dine with a beautiful mother ! So, I finished this folder recipe-holiday season with a pie with mushrooms, a small classic of our forests, not very complicated but a good ma ptite lady ! The recipe is for one large pie or 8 mini, because it is also the time to make cute stuff !

Go, no long speech today (because I think that you really don’t have the time to read !), but just a thought for you all. I wish you a merry Christmas my wee wolves !

Pie with mushrooms and chestnuts {without milk}

For a large or 8 mini Save Print Ingredients

  • 400 g of mushrooms mixed
  • 200 g chestnuts, peeled and cooked
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 cl of cream oatmeal
  • 5 cl of milk plant
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • FOR THE DOUGH
  • 220 g of wheat flour full
  • 4 cl of vegetable oil, a neutral (here in sunflower deodorized)
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 g of salt

 

Preparation

  • Start by preparing the dough, to do this put the flour in the bowl, make a well and add the egg and the oil. Work the dough by hand or the robot equipped with a sheet and then add the water gradually and according to need. Form a nice ball nice and smooth.
  • Lower the dough on 3-4 mm thick then go for the in a pie pan and trim the edges.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°.
  • Clean the mushrooms and then place in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and the crushed garlic clove. Sauté 5 minutes over high heat.
  • Add the chestnuts and chopped parsley, season and then pour over the dough.
  • Prepare the device for a pie, for this, beat the eggs in omelet, then add the cream and the milk plant. Salt, add pepper and then pour over the mushrooms.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
