I don’t know if you remember, but we were back with a lot of strawberries from our picking, then, after the strawberry cake I continue on my success with this pie with strawberries (or pork pie with strawberries it is all up to you !). I’ve always liked the magpies, I found a small side ” vintage food “, you see the kind family Ingalls (ah la little house on the prairie…) ! In short, this pie with strawberries is hypra supra mega giga simple to make and just as easy to enjoy and it, it is not Mr who will say the opposite, yes everything has been devoured in just one day ! Contrary to what I thought at the base, the dough is cut very well and is not soggy from the filling, yes I was a little afraid of the stuff I cut and everything is done the trunk in the pie !

It only remains for you that to find the last apples and a beautiful basket of strawberries to make this small recipe. Enjoy with a good cup of tea or coffee, with the rotten time he’s done, that we will move up at least a little moral !

Pie with strawberries {vegan}

For 1 pie Save Print Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 3 apples
  • 2 tablespoons of cane sugar
  • FOR THE DOUGH
  • 380 g of flour T80
  • 180 g of margarine plant
  • 10 cl of cold water
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar full

 

Preparation

  • Prepare the dough by sanding by hand or the robot equipped with a sheet, the flour, the sugar and the margarine. Then add the water gradually and work to form a smooth paste. Make a ball and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200° by the sole.
  • During this time, cut the strawberries in half, then peel and cut the apples into cubes.
  • Put the fruit in a saucepan with the sugar and then let cook over low heat 10 minutes.
  • Press 2/3 of the dough on 4 mm thick) and then go into a pie mold, leaving exceed the surplus
