Today it is pizza but not any pizza, pizza 4 cheeses, please !!! I believe that this is the favorite pizza of Monsieur (not, I’m sure !) so to make him happy… but it also requires that I am made fun (I think to me, that’s all…) and well it is a super recipe with roquefort that I offer. Mister is not a big fan of roquefort, but I love it, and as I could not eat raw milk cheeses if they were not cooked, this pizza 4 cheeses was welcome !!!

Good, as it is not super lightweight like pizza , I suggest you serve with a good salad and the tour is played for a balanced meal ! Ah, the cravings for cheese…

Ready for an evening of pizza ?!

Pizza 4 cheeses, roquefort, mozzarella, parmesan and ricotta

Ingredients (for one pizza)

  • 1 pizza dough home
  • 5 tbsp of homemade tomato sauce
  • 75 g roquefort cheese
  • 75 g mozzarella cheese
  • 60 g ricotta cheese
  • 50 g of parmesan
  • Herbs de Provence


Make your pizza dough home by following the recipe. Spread your dough thinly and sprinkle with a little herbes de Provence if you have not already added in your dough.

Preheat the oven to 240° by the sole.

Cut the roquefort cheese and the mozzarella into small cubes. Make parmesan shavings using a vegetable peeler.

Spread the tomato sauce on the dough then add the cheese in pieces. Finish by adding the ricotta.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.

Enjoy hot !
