Ah the pizza dough… As for the moment the “pasta” is not very well developed on the blog, I decided to share with you this recipe. And then, there is nothing more simple than to make it home and it is still a hell of a lot more rewarding than buying it ready-made or worse to buy the pizza all made (yes, yes, don’t do as if you have never done !) !!!
To vary in the production of your pizza dough, that is easy, just change the flour (whole wheat, buckwheat, spelt…), or oil (sunflower, avocado, almond…) and spices !
Pizza dough home
Ingredients (for 1 pizza of 30 cm in diameter)
- 250 g of flour
- 150 ml of warm water + 2 tbsp
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 sachet of baker’s yeast
- 4 g salt
- Herbs de Provence, oregano, paprika… (optional)
Pour the sachet of yeast into a bowl and then add the two tablespoons of warm water from above. Let it sit without mixing for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, water, olive oil and yeast to obtain a nice dough. Add if you want herbs de Provence, oregano…
Let it sit in a container oiled for 30min to 1 hour.
At the time of use, dégazez the dough with your fist and lay it out on a dish to prepare for your pizza !
