It is autumn and we can do nothing against (personally I don’t have a super power to improve the time and you ?!), but to compensate a little, we have the right to prepare good small dishes. And the pizza is a little flat perfect, in the kind that does not demand a lot of preparation time and requires little thought !
This time it is pizza forest that goes to the pan (finally in the oven !) with the added bonus of the good homemade tomato sauce and pizza dough home it also (but that’s obvious, right ?!). Good and then without wanting to brag, I liked it a lot (and Gentleman, too) this pizza a bit rustic with mushrooms, bacon and cheese, just the right mix to make a meal of comforting and not too heavy anyway (if if, I assure you…) !
After the pizza with chorizo and pizza 4 cheeses, it is therefore reiterates with a seasonal recipe, to enjoy with a nice salad of lamb’s lettuce.
Ingredients (for 1 pizza)
- 1 pizza dough home
- 5 tbsp of homemade tomato sauce or coulis
- 2 mushrooms of Paris
- 100 g mozzarella cheese
- 75 g of bacon
- 50 g of parmesan
- The flat-leaf parsley
Make your pizza dough home by following the recipe. Spread your dough thinly and arrange on a baking sheet.
Preheat the oven to 240° by the sole.
Cut mushrooms into strips.
Spread the tomato sauce on the dough and then add the bacon and mushrooms. Tear over the mozzarella and add parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the dough is golden brown.
Finish by adding a bit of parsley.
Enjoy while hot !
