One more recipe of potatoes bonnottes simple to customize with your potato favorite, even if the bonnotte is really just outstanding ! Simply sautéed in olive oil with thyme, the simplest things are sometimes the best ! If you want another idea for a recipe, there is also the bonnottes on toast with raw ham.

Good potatoes (not you, huh ?!)

Potatoes bonnottes of Noirmoutier skipped to the flower of thyme

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 600 g potatoes type bonnottes of Noirmoutier
  • 1 bunch of thyme flowers
  • Olive oil
  • The flower of salt


Pour a good drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and then add the potatoes, washed but not peeled. Sauté over high heat 5 minutes with the bunch of thyme flowers.

Turn the heat down and cover and let cook 10 min, stirring from time to time. Test the doneness of the potato by planting a knife inside.

To finish, turn up the heat for 2 minutes and stir well.

Serve simply with fleur de sel.
