Good apart from the fact that it will take me to you includes recipes for burgers, it’s also necessary that I propose to you the accompanying. And what could be better than the traditional potatoes to accompany a good burger homemade (I ask you ma ptite lady !) ?! And well not much even if it seems more reasonable to play the card of the salad (small players will!).
You feel this little odor rustic potatoes baked in the oven… no ?! Then it is a shame but to be able to catch up to you it’s going to take you to (cook an egg ?!… there it is and I will tell anything !) !!! For it nothing more simple that this small recipe, no need to deep fat fryer but just a drizzle of olive oil, some spices and an oven. With it you can enjoy all the lovers of the earth, or just you, to you !!!

Ingredients (for 4)
- 500 g potatoes (type Manon)
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of paprika
- 1 tbsp of herbs de Provence
Preheat the oven to 210°.
Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters and arrange on a baking sheet.
Mix together the oil, paprika, herbs de Provence and salt and then pour the mixture over the potatoes. Mix well to coat them.
Bake 20-25 minutes and stir halfway through cooking.
Enjoy hot with your sauce and favorite !
